Minda Corporation and Turntide Technologies form joint venture to develop electric powertrain systems for India’s growing EV market

Auto components major Minda Corporation has entered into a joint venture with US-based Turntide Technologies to develop and manufacture advanced electric powertrain systems for the Indian EV market. The partnership aims to bring together Minda’s strong manufacturing footprint in India with Turntide’s expertise in electric motor and power electronics technologies.

The new venture will focus on building high-efficiency electric motors, inverters, and integrated powertrain solutions for a wide range of electric vehicles, including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, and commercial vehicles. These components play a crucial role in determining EV performance, efficiency, and reliability.
